AGREEMENT AMENDED and RESTATED as of this 1st day of October, 2022, among Fidelity Salem Street Trust, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of Fidelity Flex Small Cap Index Fund, a series portfolio of the Trust (the “Fund”), Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Manager”), and Geode Capital Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Subadviser”).

This AGREEMENT is made as of this 17th day of March, 2023, between Voya Investments, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (the "Manager"), and Victory Capital Management Inc., an New York corporation (the "Sub-Adviser").

AGREEMENT made as of the 31st day of October, 2023 by and between Mercer Investments LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Advisor”), and Aristotle Pacific Capital, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Sub-Advisor”).

THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made among GUIDESTONE FUNDS, a Delaware statutory trust (“Trust”), GUIDESTONE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Texas (“Adviser”), and WELLINGTON MANAGEMENT COMPANY LLP, a registered investment adviser organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Sub-Adviser”).

AMENDED AND RESTATED SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) to be effective as of May 1, 2023, by and between PRINCIPAL GLOBAL INVESTORS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Manager”), and T. ROWE PRICE ASSOCIATES, INC., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Maryland (the “Sub-Advisor”).

This Amended and Restated Agreement made this 1st day of August, 2017, by and between FMR Co., Inc., a Massachusetts corporation with principal offices at 245 Summer Street, Boston, Massachusetts (hereinafter called the “Sub-Adviser”) and Fidelity Management & Research Company, a Massachusetts corporation with principal offices at 245 Summer Street, Boston, Massachusetts (hereinafter called the “Adviser”).

This Investment Sub-Advisory Agreement (this “Sub-Advisory Agreement”), is by and between Massachusetts Financial Services Company, organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (the “Sub-Adviser”) and Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, a mutual life insurance company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (“MassMutual”), for the MML Growth & Income Fund (the “Fund”), a series of MML Series Investment Fund (the “Trust”), a Massachusetts business trust which is an open-end diversified management investment company registered as such with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) pursuant to the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “Act”), effective as of the 20th day of August, 2010.

WHEREAS, Advisor Managed Portfolios, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), is an open-end management investment company, registered as such under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (the “1940 Act”);

AGREEMENT made as of this 30th day of March, 2023 between SEI Investments Management Corporation (the “Adviser”) and Dynamic Beta Investments LLC (the “Sub-Adviser”).
